Return Policy

• Return Policy :
1. Any order Damaged on Arrival (DOA), buyer should notify La Choob Floors immediately for Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number.
2. Each order has a maximum of one box for allowance as testing material on initial installation. Any installed material with nail or glue more than one box is absolutely not returnable.
3. Any return because of manufacturing defects, buyer should call La Choob Floors for RMA number.
4. All returns with RMA Number must be received in La Choob's Floors warehouse within15 days for exchange or credit.
5. A 25% handling and restocking charge shall be applied on all returns except those approved by La Choob Floors Sales Reps in advance for manufacturer's responsibility.
